While the bangs look great and he was very nice, my hair was down to my butt and the wolf cut that I requested was supposed to be cut to mid chest. It’s now almost to my shoulders. That over 18 inches. I brought a photo and the hair style (other than the bangs) looks nothing like what I requested, sadly. I’m not someone to make a scene and it’s not like hair can be put back on so I just paid and left. I’m not going to add a selfie but it won’t let me add a review without it so im adding a picture of my cat. I’m definitely bummed that the picture I brought wasn’t followed (all the hair was there to work with). I hope they listen for the next person.
