Went in to buy some products. Three ladies at the counter, all on phones. Only one looked to be a business call (land line). Got no attention until I had looked and couldn’t find what I needed. Then one person was very helpful. One thing I needed was only available in the back room. The other wasn’t in stock at all. Same happened last time I was in the store. I had to order online. Maybe that will have to be my first choice next time.

He’s a seasoned 5-year veteran who came through for me in a last minute appointment on a Sunday evening. Very enjoyable experience and fabulous service. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Lemongrass Salon for years and after a few appointments with a hair stylist that I like they leave and then I end up booking with someone I’ve never been to. I will not be returning. My last visit was with a stylist I was giving a second chance to. I was there for 3 hours which is a little longer than normal and was rushed out of the chair before getting a good look at the results. When I got home I was not happy with the results. I could have done better myself for a mere fraction of what it cost.

While the bangs look great and he was very nice, my hair was down to my butt and the wolf cut that I requested was supposed to be cut to mid chest. It’s now almost to my shoulders. That over 18 inches. I brought a photo and the hair style (other than the bangs) looks nothing like what I requested, sadly. I’m not someone to make a scene and it’s not like hair can be put back on so I just paid and left. I’m not going to add a selfie but it won’t let me add a review without it so im adding a picture of my cat. I’m definitely bummed that the picture I brought wasn’t followed (all the hair was there to work with). I hope they listen for the next person.
