24 Hour Cancellation Notice--We understand emergencies happen and require cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment at the last minute. Please keep in mind that if done within 24 hours of an appointment, this takes time away from your stylist that can be used serving other guests, which affects their income. Thus, we reserve the right to require deposit or pre-payment of services for those who violate our 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy.
